Returns and Cancellations

Your order number must be notated in the package.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive returned packages they are inspected & will be processed within 3-6 business days. You will then be given a full refund of the amount of the item at the time of purchase. Store credit will be emailed to the customer's email account that was created at checkout. Please note that all store credits will expire after a year! All denied returns will be donated to charity if not claimed within 30 days.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

 

Cancellations

 

In order to get your beautiful new pieces out to you as soon as possible we cannot accept cancellations more then 1 hour after your purchase. If you are within this time frame please email us at saboutiqueshop@gmail.com Otherwise we are more then happy to accept a return once you have received your products. 

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
